On the early morning of 13 June 2025 the Zionist regime led by a criminal Prime Minister under arrest warrant of the ICC in an egregious act of aggression launched unprovoked and large-scale armed attacks against the Islamic Republic of Iran in blatant defiance of the Charter of the United Nations and several tenets of international law.

As a result of deliberate targeting of, and directing attacks against, civilians in densely populated areas, hundreds of civilians including women, children, scientists, elites, and university lecturers as well as senior military officers of State outside active hostilities lost their lives, and thousands of civilians were injured.
